Nylon Grooved Pipe Couplings

The Nylon Grooved Pipe Couplings are designed to eliminate corrosion issues in low-pressure piping systems.Manufactured from glass fiber reinforced nylon using injection molding,they offer excellent strength,toughness,and long-term chemical resistance,making them ideal for demanding applications such as water treatment and demineralization systems.

Material & Construction:
Housing:glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic (nylon)

Rubber Gasket:EPDM with -30°C to +110°C temperature range,C-shaped or Flush-fit

Bolts & Nuts:SS304,SS316 according to ASTM A193 or ASTM A194

Size Range: DN25 – DN200
